Mr. Pruss has extensive managerial experience in both business and philanthropic arenas. Owing to his personal qualities, Vitaly Pruss has established long-lasting relations with the world's renowned personalities, leading politicians and business figures. Prior to his initial venture into the world of business, Mr. Pruss administered several major international educational programs.
In 1999, Mr. Pruss focused his professional career on international business development for global companies to improve their market potential and investment opportunities. He has successfully developed strategies for such companies as TransNeft, MMK, RosBusinessConsulting, AtomEnergoMash, InterRos, and AFK Sistema and many others.
Boasting an unquenchable entrepreneurial spirit and a dynamic, engaging personality, Mr. Pruss truly brings a unique skill set to the TriGlobal's team. Vitaly successfully launched several emerging market Funds, M&A transactions, global real estate deals targeting private equity investments in the United States and Eastern Europe.
Andrey Drobyshev | Managing Partner | Moscow City, Russia
Andrey Drobyshev has had a successful career in both business and public service. He began his professional career in the Metallurgy sector in his native Chelyabinsk region. In the period between 1995 and 2002, Mr. Drobyshev headed a number of the largest enterprises in the Southern Ural, including Magnitogorsk Steel and Wire Works, Satka Metallurgical Works, Kusa Machine-building Plant and other enterprises. From 2000 to 2005, Andrey Drobyshev occupied the position of the Deputy of Legislative Assembly of Chelyabinsk region, where he headed the Committee for information policy, regulations, mandates and ethics.
Over the past 8 years, Andrey Drobyshev has focused his business activities on strategic planning for international companies. He is a founding partner of TriGlobal Strategic Ventures, and a co-owner of several companies in the Russian Federation. Mr. Drobyshev maintains strong relations with regional and municipal governments in Russia and is a valuable asset to TGSV’s team.
Leonid Kofman | Vice President | New York City, USA
Leonid Kofman is a successful businessman and innovator with аn extensive experience in cross border transactions. Mr. Kofman is a founder of Chocolography™ Technology - a uniquely designed, developed and patented chocolography system, and the world's first commercial, high-volume system of its kind. Mr. Kofman also serves as the Vice President of International Mining Company, IMC Invest Inc. based in Kyrgyzstan.
Leonid Kofman was nominated many times for "Marquis Who’s Who in America" award. This is a highly prestigious nomination given to the select leaders and achievers from around the world. Mr. Kofman is a successful inventor and holds seven patents in different areas of technology.
Jeffrey Berman | Managing Partner | Washington DC, USA
Jeffrey Berman has a background in venture capital, finance, marketing, and Real Estate development. Mr. Berman has held positions in various capacities at Generation Three Venture Capital, where he was responsible for engaging established venture capital firms in an effort to raise capital for university-age/university-based entrepreneurs. He has also been involved with BECO Management, one of the Washington DC area’s largest privately held real estate development firms, as a Marketing and Acquisitions associate; and Delta Communications as a financial analyst.
In addition to TGSV, Mr. Berman also maintains partnership in Berman Enterprises, a 60-year-old Washington DC area real estate development company. Mr. Berman holds degrees in Finance and General Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Gregory Leschenko | Managing Director | New York City, USA
Mr. Leschenko concentrates on providing financial advisory and management consulting services to our clients in emerging markets, including Russia, former Soviet Union states and Eastern Europe, with a focus on opportunities in energy, technology, biotech, and infrastructure sectors. With more than twelve years of experience in the areas of venture capital, investment banking and financial management, Mr. Leschenko developed his expertise in structuring and implementing multiple venture capital, merchant banking and corporate finance transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Leschenko worked as a Managing Director at Newbridge Securities Corporation and as Senior Vice President at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC and Maxim Group LLC, specializing in providing investment banking services to the companies in technology, biotech, energy and transportation sectors. Before that, Mr. Leschenko worked as Vice President of finance at Improv Technologies, where he managed venture capital financing for the company. Mr. Leschenko started his career working at First Albany Enterprise Funding, a venture capital fund focused on alternative energy sector. Mr. Leschenko graduated with BS degree from Tula State University in Russia, and received an MBA degree from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York.
